This event is open to Georgia State University faculty, staff, and students as well as community members.  We hope you will consider joining us this year.

Is there a cost for attending this event?

Tickets for this event are $10 for GSU students as well as for faculty, staff, and community members.  Tickets can be purchased online using Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. All you need to do is click on the “Reserve Seat” button and then select the appropriate TEDxGeorgiaStateU 2019 ticket.  Please note that you will not receive a physical ticket.  On the day of the event, you will need to bring a photo ID to receive a badge that will admit you to the conference space.

Where is the event taking place?
The event will take place in the College of Law, Courtroom, located at 85 Park Place NE Atlanta, GA 30303

What do I need to check-in?
You just need to bring a photo ID to pick up your badge which will admit you to the program sessions, dinner and dessert reception.

Where can I park?
Visitor parking is available in the M-Deck on Auditorium Drive for $10.00 per vehicle.

What is the schedule for the day?
3:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Check-in
3:30 p.m. – 4:50 p.m. Session One
4:50 p.m. – 5:10 p.m. Break
5:10 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Session Two
6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Reception

    • In general, the event is appropriate for minors. There will be sensitive topics including sexual abuse, mental illness, and terrorism.
